Aly, originally from Ireland but brought up in Newcastle upon- Tyne, has travelled the world chasing winter. She has ski instructed everywhere from Italy, USA, Japan and New Zealand.

Her passion for snow was born when she strapped her first pair of skis on at the age of three, she has been reluctant to take them off ever since. When she does manage to, you are likely to find her pursuing some of her other pastimes which include trail running, slack lining and studying for a university degree!

My kids have not stopped talking about Judy and how much they enjoyed the week they spent skiing with her. They even wrote about her in their school journals! Judy was super -- she really got the girls excited about skiing, pointed my husband and I in the right direction for the more expert terrain, and was super company.

Sarah was lovely and pitched the lesson exactly to our level. Also very helpful with lunch reservations.

Victoria is a great instructor and a fun person to be around.
She is very patient and helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher.

Rebecca

My daughters had 3 mornings with Faye and she was excellent. The girls really liked her and they both made major improvements in their skiing.

Tom was absolutely first class with the 4 children. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of flexibility, patience, enthusiasm and energy and the children loved his approach and learnt a lot. We very much hope to be back in 9 months and will be in touch and hope he will be available and happy to take the children on again!

Dave always provides a superb lesson which just pushes me a little outside my comfort zone each time so that I finish with a feeling of great achievement.

Debbie

Jamie was fun. He was very understanding towards me as I was a very unsure skier.

Thank you Jamie

Sue

As we've said before, Steve is a born instructor/teacher. Very professional, sensible and fun guy to be with.

Caroline

Even though it wasn't my first time skiing, it was definitely the most valuable ski experience. Since it was my first time taking a lesson from a professional instructor, the two hours with Max were worth while for the next couple of days I spent in Zermatt.

Next time, with a better planning from my side, I will put more time into these valuable lessons.

Lior

Henry spent 5 days with our group and it was most worthwhile - I feel like it allowed us to make the most out of limited time in Zermatt.

I hope he had a good time as well, even got to meet Erica and Cody and provided lots of suggestions as to what to name the new baby!

3 reasons to ski with Aly

1
I guarantee you will have fun if you ski with me. It is of the utmost importance to me  that when anyone comes for a lesson they leave with a big grin on their face.

2
I will listen to what you want to achieve from your lesson and I won’t rest until you feel you’ve achieved your goals.

3
I am a very positive and motivational instructor so if you are feeling a little nervous, perhaps you haven’t skied before or its been a little while, you are in safe hands with me. I will guide you to success, providing support along the way and pace the lesson to suit your needs.
