Emma Norton

Emma is a widely respected instructor from Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands, she was born to play in the mountains. From the slopes of the Cairngorms to the International racing circuit, she has skied and instructed throughout the Northern and Southern Hemisphere.

Whilst competing for the British Team she found time to study and complete a Sports Science degree, finding herself in demand by skier of all ages from complete beginners to the next generation of up and coming racers.

She is a keen adventurer, summers are spent climbing, hiking, horse ridding, mountain biking and fire swinging (yes, you read that right!). As well as working with her family’s quad biking centre based in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park.

Emma is passionate about the mountains, snowsports is her life and she wants to share that love, with her extensive knowledge and sheer enjoyment of being out on the slopes with you.

3 reasons to ski with Emma:

1. I am patient, encouraging and am keen to listen to what you would like to gain from your lesson. Whatever your level of experience, my job is to tailor every lesson/ day to suit you.

2. I will always go that extra mile. My aim is to provide a personal experience and help make memories of your visit to Zermatt that you will never forget.

3. You’ll want to ski with me… Because I’ll want to ski with you!

Absolutely loved Emma!

Emma is very friendly and make learning ski fun. She is the reason I returned to Zermatt twice in one season. My first ski lesson with Emma was in end of Dec / Jan 2017 (4 days) than returned in April 2017 and doing Red run with her was the greatest achievement I never thought possible.
