Having grown up in a small village at the base of a ski hill in the Austrian Alps, I was put on skis as soon as I could walk. I have never really stopped since! Exploring the mountains, whether on skis, in hiking boots or on two wheels, has always been a natural part of my life.
So starting to teach skiing at the age of 16 was an obvious step, which started me on a path to developing my teaching skills. Since then I’ve gained qualifications from different ski associations, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Education. I think all of these influences have given me a unique approach to ski teaching.
While my life has always been centred on being high in the mountains I’m also very comfortable going the other direction in the ocean while scuba diving! If you really want to see my eyes light up ask me about baby boxfish… Seriously do… I love them! As a PADI Divemaster I spend my summers enjoying snow in its liquid form. 😉
Had an amazing time with our instructor Connie. Super patient with my younger son and friendly with all ages. Everyone made such fast progress with Connie in a very short time. Super professional, kind and friendly. Thanks for everything Connie hope to see you again soon
