What is the best thing about Zermatt:

It's one colossal playground all year round.

What's your favourite mountain restaurant?

They are all amazing but I'd still rather keep riding, grab a sandwich with friends and eat it on the chairlift.

What board do you ride?

What would beat a powder day?

I imagine base jumping or heroin could top a powder day. But I am scared of base jumping and don't want to try heroin.

If you weren't a snowboard instructor what would you be doing?

I would like to think I would be a music journalist.

What is your next personal challenge/goal/aspiration outside skiing?

I would love to complete expeditions to the North and South Pole.

What do you miss most about being a kid?

It would have to be believing in Father Christmas, living with my family and never having a hangover.

What are you listening to at the moment?

King Charles, Cashier No.9, Little Richard, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes to name just a few.

If you won the lottery, what would be the the first thing you would do?

Buy a pirate ship, call all my friends and sail around the world looking for treasure.

Give someone some advice?

Fear is the dark room where negatives are developed. If you expose yourself to some danger, you will get to see your true character reveal itself. Oh...... and never make eye contact when eating a banana.

Who inspires you?

My family, so many friends, athletes and musicians.
